Terms of Office
The positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Trustee, Member-at-Large, and Communications Director shall be elected every two (2) years.
1. The President, Member-at-Large, and Treasurer shall be elected in odd-numbered years.
2. The Vice President, Secretary, Trustee, and Communications Director shall be elected in even-numbered years.
The former President will hold the office of Immediate Past President for a period of one (1) year, if and only if that person does not hold another office within the board. After one (1) year, the Immediate Past President vacates the office. The office of Immediate Past President may be vacant.
The W.A.D. Liaison is appointed by the W.A.D. Board to serve a one (1) year term.
The Student Liaison shall be elected annually by the entire membership. The slate of nominees shall include the Student Representatives appointed by the students from the Interpreter Training/Preparation Programs in Wisconsin.
